  • When will I receive my order?

    Orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in two to three business days, and orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered in four to five business days.

    During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional two to three business days to deliver your order.

  • What if I'm not at home when my order arrives?

    Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts.

    If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us. Call us on 1800-123-1555 within one working day of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery in one to two business days.

  • Will all the products be shipped out together?

    We try to ship all products of an order together. However, sometimes few products of an order may get dispatched from different locations. If so, we might ship some products out first and ship the remaining in a separate shipment. We will notify you each time a shipment is dispatched, or it is out for delivery.

  • Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

    Sorry, at the moment that is not possible since the mobile number & delivery address would be passed to the respective warehouse. Nevertheless! You can always cancel the order before its packed & place a new order. No worries! There will be no cancellation charges.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Currently we don’t have international shipping. As long as the shipping address is within India and the payment mode is in Indian currency, you can place an order from anywhere in the world.

  • What delivery carriers do you use?

    We use logistics services of Delhivery, Xpressbees ,Ecom Express , Shipdelight, Bluedart and Ekart. We will notify you the name of the partner delivering your order, in advance.

  • I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed with Babyshop. How do I go about with it?

    All our shipments are shipped along with the invoice. After receiving the package & you need the invoice, please reach out to us, we will email you a soft copy.
